Keisha and C’Done grew to have great business sense!

Keisha and C’Done both attended the mighty Peach County High School in Fort Valley, Georgia. Their school age years were full of good learning and great fun. The bond formed during these years is one that bore a life-long friendship. In fact, it is that same sisterhood that is the inspiration behind Valley Gurl, Inc.
Following high school, Keisha and C’Done both went on to further their educations. Keisha attended Spelman College, in Atlanta, Georgia, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a minor in Accounting. C’Done decided to attend college in their hometown where she graduated from Fort Valley State University with a B.S. degree in Accounting. After working in the financial world for several years, Keisha decided to go back to school and earned a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from Mercer University.
Currently, C’Done Coggins lives in Decatur and works as an Assistant Controller for a property management firm. Keisha Ponder-Green is now living in Conyers with her two beautiful children. She works as a Senior Financial Analyst at a global e-commerce corporation.
